PROJECT KICK-OFF MEETING

On 26 and 27 January 2023, the project kick-off meeting was held in Milan. All partners attended and shared interesting insights to kick-start the project's development. 

#AIREDGIO50 project aims at renovating and extending the Horizon2020 I4MS and AI REGIO alliance between Vanguard Initiative EU regions and Digital Innovation Hubs for a competitive AI-at-the-Edge Digital Transformation on Industry 5.0 Manufacturing SMEs.


In light of this information, the first project meeting was very interesting to analyse in detail the first steps, objectives and expected developments of the project.

The kick-off meeting of the project, coordinated by Politecnico di Milano, took place on January 26-27, 2023, in Milan (Italy). During the event the team was compared to outline goals and visions of the project in order to align allf the partners and set the project up for success. The event, which as mentioned took place in Milan, also included a visit to the partner Made Competence Center. MADE is a Competence Centre for Industry 4.0 that simulates a digital factory, set up to carry out orientation, training and finalisation of technology transfer projects with Italian companies, in particular SMEs, on Industry 4.0 topics. The visit carried out by the partners made it possible to analyse all the sections of the MADE laboratory that will be inspirational and useful for the development of the project.
